Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

As we approach the end of the year, we want to send huge thanks to everyone who has helped and supported us this year.

We held our fantastic Crystal Ball in March raising over £37,000, followed by another successful Wear a Hat Campaign with various schools & businesses taking part and we would like to thank BMWfor their continuous support, Farnham Sports Centre, Marsh Gibbon CofESchool, Musical Mini’s, Sheren Ward for holding a Zumbathon and William Cobbett school to name a few.. Thank you to Enotria Wines for another successful fundraising year and choosing Taylan’s Project as its Charity of the Year for the 2nd year running. Total amount raised will follow!

We would also like to thank some of our £500 challengers who committed at the Crystal Ball to fundraise for us and those who still plan to! Vanessa Gledhill for taking part in Strictly Bicester and winning, raising £1,000 for Taylan’s Project as her nominated Charity. Simon Bradbury for taking on Hadrian’s Wall and running 69 miles in less than 24 hours and raising over £860! The Marmotte 2013 lads Fergy, Lance, Steve, Lee for competing in the legendary cycling challenge "Marmotte" and raising over £5,300! James Noble for taking part in 4 ‘Iron Man’ events raising over £5,500 for 3 charities, Holly, Emma and Maddie from Bourton Meadow Academy for organising a lucky dip for their Year 6 Citizenship Programme with funds raised benefitting Taylan’s Project, plus a huge thank you to everyone else who organised events, took part in many other challenges and those of you who donated. You know who you are!!

A special thank you also to everyone who sponsored a teddy or two for our Christmas Appeal.  We have been receiving some incredible and heart-warming feedback from both the hospital and the parents, telling us how their children have loved receiving cuddly new friends. We will be writing to each one of you separately who sponsored a teddy and supported the appeal.

The continued help and support really does make a difference, allowing us to provide and fund vital research, purchase equipment and support families.

Please continue to support us in 2014 and set yourself a challenge to help raise desperately needed funds for research into brain tumours. We really cannot do it without you.

We wish you all a special Christmas and healthy, happy and peaceful 2014.
